At FMN.social, we are committed to maintaining a respectful, lawful, and transparent platform for creators and their audiences. This Content Removal Policy outlines the process for removing content from our platform and the circumstances under which content may be removed.

1. Eligibility to Post Content
Only verified users may post content on FMN.social.
All users must complete ID verification through our trusted partner, Yoti, before gaining access to post.
Users are permitted to post only images of themselves. Content featuring other individuals is prohibited unless they are also verified and tagged in accordance with platform rules.

2. Grounds for Content Removal
Content may be removed under the following circumstances:

a. User Request
Users may request the removal of their own content at any time by:
Deleting the post through their dashboard, or Submitting a formal takedown request via support@fmn.support
Requests to delete content that features others will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must include proof of identity and consent (if applicable).

b. Violation of Platform Guidelines
We reserve the right to remove content that violates any of the following rules:
Content includes anyone other than the verified poster.
Content is misleading, stolen, or impersonates another individual.
Content violates laws or regulations (e.g. revenge porn, child exploitation, harassment).
Content depicts or promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal acts.

c. Copyright or Legal Infringement
We will promptly remove content upon receipt of a valid DMCA Takedown Notice or other legal request. Users found to be posting infringing content may be suspended or banned.

d. Consent Withdrawal
If a user’s consent to have their image on the platform is withdrawn (e.g., through account closure or verified request), associated content will be removed as promptly as possible.

3. How to Submit a Removal Request
To request content removal:
Via Account Dashboard: Log in and use the content management tools.
Via Support: Email [support@fmn.support] with:
Full name
Verified user handle
URL or screenshot of content in question
Reason for removal
We aim to respond to removal requests within 5 business days.

4. Appeals Process
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file an appeal within 7 days of the takedown notice by contacting [support@fmn.support]. All appeals are reviewed by our moderation team and decisions are final.

5. Repeat Violations
Accounts that repeatedly violate content rules may face the following:
Content posting restrictions
Temporary suspension
Permanent removal from the platform

6. Legal Cooperation
We comply with all lawful requests by law enforcement agencies or court orders for content removal or user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Updates to This Policy
FMN.social reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notifications.
